 Show and Tell

 Everyone loves to hear a good story, but even more magical is to Show & Tell. Remember as a kid bringing your special treasure to school? …. A funny caterpillar, a special rock, Mom’s giant ball of string? All eyes were glued as the each object was presented. The problem with Creation Science is the lack of “Show” and all together too much “Tell”. Case in point. Have you ever heard of huge graveyards of mammal bones in various parts of the world? Tens of thousands of rhinoceroses, camels, giant wild boars and many other species buried in one vast area? If you have heard of it, have you ever seen a picture of the bones all mashed together? No? If this is the first time you have heard of it would you like to read 15 pages on it or would you like to see it? That is the problem in Creation Science - too few photos and many times poor quality.
In our current Show and Tell feature we have a photograph of a bone yard in Agate Springs, Nebraska where many different animals died and were buried together. “Decay, and repeated burials and reburials of animals during the long siege of the Flood (1 year) would put their remains in this state. It is estimated that the bones of about 9,000 complete animals are buried in one hill. Clear signs exist that the bone layer once extended over a very wide area, wherefore it is likely that many times that number of animals were once brought together by flowing water and buried there.” (The Deluge Story in Stone p.99)

Evidence can be interpreted in many different ways as with this pile of animal bones. However one needs to ask what circumstances could cause thousands of animals, from the elephant to the mouse, to all die in the same, huge, layered graveyard extending over many miles. Could it have been thirsty animals in a drought that died near their watering holes 20 million years ago? Many of them don’t live anywhere near each other since they come from completely different climates and habitats. What could bring them altogether in one place?
A more logical explanation is a worldwide flood 4500 years ago that transported and layered the animals by density and size which water naturally does. If you are going to decide which theory you believe, isn’t it nice to at least see a photo of it?
This is the focus of Bibleland Studios. We want to Show our viewers the evidence that validates Creation from the book of Genesis with good quality photos and video footage. We all want to see the artifacts or fossils that don’t make sense according to Evolution. So when you come across some interesting artifact and you want to tell us about it, take a good picture of it and send it in. Together we will amass a huge database of knowledge to Tell but more importantly, to Show the world.
